Said puppy has been examined by a licensed veterinarian and has had all shots and worming that can be done in regards to its age. Please understand that I do not guarantee size. I am honest in my evaluations of the puppies to give you an idea of what they will weigh when grown. AKC standard is 3-7lbs., which I breed to stay within. Health guaranteed for 48 hours, a veterinarian must certify disorder and confirmed by my veterinarian within 10 days from date-of-sale. You as a BUYER accept FULL RESPONSIBILITY of this dog, and the expenses that may occur in the future. No money will be refunded to buyer only a replacement puppy will be provided unless otherwise agree. Like young children, your dog needs food, rest, exercise, and tender loving care. Your puppy has been eating Pro-Plan Puppy, but there are many other fine dog foods to feed, but if you wish to change please do it very slowly or they can get sick. ______ This puppy is being sold as a pet and a family companion and will be spayed/neutered prior to 6 months of (with a recommended age of 4 months). ______ This puppy is being sold as a breeding PROSPECT (defined as "breeder assumes no responsibility as to reproduction capabilities of this male or female puppy"). Males will have two testicles descended into the scrotum at maturity or a replacement will be made when one becomes available. (and replacement is the only option). ______ This puppy is being sold as a show PROSPECT (defined as having no MAJOR or disqualifying faults for his/her age on the date of this sale). A (DEFINITIVE evaluation of show) cannot be made on puppies until full maturaty, which does not occur until 1 to 2 years of age. If buying puppy at a young age there is no GUARATEE they will turn out to be show quality. SELLER/BREEDER RETAINS THE BREEDING RIGHTS FOR ANY MALE SOLD UNLESS IT IS SOLD UNDER A PET/NUETERED CONTRACT. IF A PUPPY/ADULT IS FOUND IN POOR OR DANGERIOUS CONDITIONS THE SELLER HAS THE RIGHT TO RECLAIM SAID PUPPY/ADULT AND ALL REGISTRATION PAPERS. NO MONIES/PUPPY WILL BE RETURNED TO THE BUYER. (IF FOR ANY REASON BUYER CAN NOT KEEP THE PUPPY BUYER WILL EITHER TAKE PUPPY BACK (NO MONEY REFUNDED) AND/OR FIND A GOOD HOME FOR THE PUPPY.) Upon buyer's receipt of this dog, or during shipment of this dog to BUYER, where applicable, veterinary expenses are the sole responsibility of the BUYER. In the event of shipment of this dog to BUYER, the costs of the vet check, crate, and shipping expenses shall be the responsibility of the Buyer. Buyer may make his/her own arrangements for shipping if so desired. Shipping can be done to MAJOR AIRPORTS ONLY and when weather permits! Buyer agrees to pay Seller the non-refundable first payment for puppy, shipping, vet, and crate expanses of $ __________ as a Surety of Action deposit and does hereby agree to pay $__________ as a balance due seller. Buyer agrees that until the full purchase price is met, the dog shall not be sold or removed from Seller's custody, unless other agreements are made.
